My sessions are tailored to the needs and preferences of the individual. They vary from luxurious, relaxing Swedish Massage, to sports massage, to specific, focused work on areas of chronic pain. I especially enjoy deep, pain relief massage because of the dramatic results my clients often experience. In all of my sessions I set an intention of healing and goodwill, and listen gently to the wisdom of that person's body for guidance.
